Charter indented tripartite of all his lands, rents, reversions and services, woods, underwoods, waters, stanks, ways, paths and heaths in Altemere co. William Suthcote, cousin and heir of William Oliver late vicar of Croydoun who was son of John Oliver and Joan his wife, namely son of Alice daughter of the said John and Joan and sister of the said William, to John Fastolf knight, his heirs and assigns. Quitclaim with warranty of the five messuages with gardens etc. situate together in the parish of St. Olave Suthwerk, the two messuages called the 'Crowchehous' (above described), and all other lands there sometime of the said John and Joan his grandfather and grandmother, which John Fastolf with Richard duke of York (and the others above named) had by gift of the said William, 'Dunlesfelde' excepted.
