John Clere of Exeter co. Devon 'gentilman,' John Aysshburn of the parish of St. Giles without 'Cripulgate' London 'chapman,' Thomas Moreys of the parish of St. Nicholas in the 'Flesshameles' London 'talowchaundeler,' John Richard of Taunton co. Somerset 'dyer' and Robert Hughson of Boston co. Lincoln 'gentilman' to John Blaunche citizen and grocer of London. Recognisance for 50l., to be levied etc. in the city of London.
The said John Clere (and the others) to the king. (Like) recognisance.
Condition, that Robert Hughson (as above) shall appear in chancery on the morrow of St. Martin next to answer John Blaunche concerning an execution for 50l. by virtue of a statute staple to him made by the said Robert, and from day to day until it be determined by the chancellor and chief justice whether John Blaunche ought to have execution or no according to an act of the parliament holden at Westminster this year.

Richard Horton 'gentilman' to John Wydowesson citizen and saddler of London and Isabel his wife, their heirs and assigns. Charter of demise of all his lands etc. in Mikelham co. Surrey called the manor of Mikelham otherwise Foydelees, with wards, marriages, heriots, reliefs, escheats, rents and services of freeholders and neifs, suits of court, woods etc., and the advowson of Mikelham church. Witnesses: Thomas Holme, James Janyn, Nicholas Glover. Dated Mikelham, 6 May 27 Henry VI.
Richard Horton 'gentilman' to Richard George esquire. Letter of attorney, appointing him to give John Wydowesson and Isabel his wife seisin of the manor of Mikelham otherwise Foydelees with wards, marriages etc., and the advowson. Dated 7 May 27 Henry VI.
Memorandum of acknowledgment of the foregoing charter and writing, 8 May.
John Cambrugge, son and heir of William Cambrugge citizen and grocer of London, to John Aleyn citizen and mercer of London, his heirs and assigns. Quitclaim with warranty of the two tenements with houses, shops, solars, cellars, wharf, gardens etc. in the parishes of St. Dunstan 'Est' and St. Dionis 'Bakchirche' London whereof William Cambrugge died solely seised in fee simple; reciting that by his testament he gave the same to Edith his wife for life, with remainder to John and Eleanor his children and to the heirs of their bodies, that John Cambrugge, being one of those children, did in the life time of the said Edith grant the reversion thereof to the said John Aleyn and to the heirs of his body by the said Eleanor his wife, that Edith is now dead, and that John Aleyn is in possession of the premises; and acknowledging that the said deed is true, and confirming the same; and further, whereas after the said Edith's death he did in ignorance make a gift of the premises to Thomas Bekyngton bishop of Bath and Wells, Walter Shiryngton clerk, William Aston, William Marewe and Thomas Smyth contrary to right and justice and to the law of England, acknowledging that this or other writings delivered to Thomas Broun or others are null and void.
