Leicester.
Henry Wylton of Wytton co. Norffolk 'gentilman' to William Whyte esquire. Recognisance for 20l., to be levied etc. in Norffolk.
Condition, that John Gerard of Honyng co. Norffolk 'gentilman' and Robert Haweys citizen of Norwich shall abide and perform the award of John Fastolf knight, the arbitrator chosen on their behalf and on behalf of William Fetyll clerk parson of St. Michael Mustowe in Norwich, touching all matters pending between those parties, and especially a bond of the said parson in 20 marks, and that process upon that bond pending before the justices of the Common Bench, although the writ be returned by the sheriff of Norwich ad capi corpus (sic) that the defendant shall henceforth appear by attorney to answer etc., shall be adjourned by the roll from term to term without prosecution thereof until the morrow of All Souls next, if he shall so wish, so that the award be made before Allhallows next.

Condition, that William Fytyll (as above) shall abide and perform the award of John Fastolf etc., and shall not sue out of chancery any writ of sub pena or attachment against John Gerard and Robert Haweys before Allhallows next, so that the award be made before that feast.
Senchea late the wife of John Curson of Croxhale widow, John Gresley of Drakelowe and Walter Blount of Elwaston esquire, all co. Derby, to Queen Margaret. Bond in 40l. payable on the feast of St. Martin in winter next. Dated 5 June 28 Henry VI.
(The said) Senchea, John Gresley and Walter Blount to Queen Margaret. (Like) bond payable on Midsummer day 1451. Dated (as above).
