of Kenerton, of lands called 'Cokeryde,' and of all lands, rents,
services, woods, underwoods, hays, ditches, courts, liberties etc.
in the parishes of Kenerton, Appuldore, Wherhorne, Rokynge,
Snave, Bilsyngton, Seyntmarycherche, Natyngton, Bokton,
Stone and Elmele co. Kent whereof she is tenant for life, and
within a month after shall by writing make a surrender and
quitclaim of the said manor etc. and all her interest therein to
the said lord Say and his heirs; and that if she shall die before
such surrender, John Kirkeby, John Peyntour clerk and William
Baker shall within one quarter of a year after her death by
writing make a quitclaim with warranty of the same to him and
his heirs. |

maintenance as the said Thomas or any other person heretofore
had therein, making them letters patent under the common seal
of the house with mention of what they shall take, and writing
again by the bearer what they will do; as Thomas Bedyll is
minded to demise his estate therein to the end that he and John
Couper may have it for their lives and the life of the longest
liver, and for their good service the king has sent them thither. |
