Thomas Molesley of London 'drover,' to John Baylly of Walsale co. Stafford 'brasier.' Recognisance for 20l., to be levied etc. in the city of London.
Membrane 7d.
John Basset late of Tehyde co. Cornwall esquire and Martin Penpons late of the parish of St. Clement Danes co. Middlesex 'gentilman,' to John Glyn. Bond in 60l. payable on the feast of St. Bartholomew next. Dated 18 June, 37 Henry VI.
Condition that, whereas William Lucy knight lately recovered 20l. at Westminster before the king by a jury in a plea of debt against John Basset of Cruksulek 'gentilman,' that defendant shall before Michaelmas next treat and agree with him concerning the same, shall procure from him a writing of release under his seal sufficient to bar him therefrom, and shall deliver the money and writing to John Glyn at Westminster, within fifteen days after Michaelmas.
