Thomas Loughton citizen and 'taillour' of London, to William Overton esquire. Recognisance for 100s., to be levied etc. in the city of London.

John Sydenham of Somerset, Walter Ralegh of Devon and Thomas Lyte of Somerset esquires, to John prior of Lewes. Recognisance for 300l., to be levied etc. in the counties aforesaid.

Grant, for money afore hand paied, that from the last day of the terme of yeres for which William Sharpe iremonger of London holdeth to ferme his maners of Ifelde, Welles and Cosyngton in the seid parissh with londes, rentes, services etc. to the seid maners perteynyng, he have and hold the seid maners, londes etc. for thirty yere next suyng, yildyng yerely to the seid John and his assignes a rede rose at Midsomer, yf axed, paying to Edward Lymsey fader of John such annuitee as William Sharpe is bounde to paie, and beryng all such reparacions and charges as William Sharpe is bounde to bere; to the which grauntes etc. John Lymsey byndes him, his heirs, executours and goodes in 1,000l. Dated 12 Novembre, 39 Henry VI. English.
