(fn. 1) Sir Thomas Seyntmaure, to Thomas earl of Ormond and Eleanor countess of Wiltshire, their hers and assigns. Release and quitclaim of the manors of Haselbere, Pomknoll and Swyntoller co. Dorset, and of Kyngesdon Somerton, Erlegh and Somerton, Randolff co. Somerset, with 350 acres of land, 92 acres of meadow, 40 acres of pasture, 80 acres of wood and 28s. of rent in Somerset with reversion to the said earl as lord of Rochford and warranty against the abbot of Westminster and his successors. Dated 6 December, 4 Henry VII.
Memorandum of acknowledgment, 12 December, before William Elyot king's clerk, at Launceton castle co. Cornwall by virtue of a writ of dedimus potestatem to him directed.
The same, to the same etc. with regard to Lunday island and the manors of Northam co. Devon and Nethirkentcombe co. Dorset, with warranty as above. Dated 6 December.
The same, to Thomas earl of Ormond lord of Rochford, Sir Thomas Mountgomery, John Hardyng, master of the hospital of St. Thomas Acon London, John Clopton, James Hoberd, John Mordaunt, William Dunthorne, William Froste, Thomas Grene of Witham and Thomas Hobberd, their heirs and assigns. Release and quitclaim with warranty of all the lands etc. of Andrew de Bures in Essex and Suffolk. Dated (as above).
The same, to Edward Ponynges, his heirs and assigns. Release and quitclaim with warranty of the manors of Chellesfeld, Esthall, Faukeham and Ashe co. Kent: and of Shokerwike, Batheaston and Dunhede co. Somerset with warranty and date (as above).
Memorandum of acknowledgment of the foregoing writings, 12 December.
