Sir John Fortescu, to John Langeford, his heirs and assigns. Gift by charter with warranty of all messuages, lands and tenements in Nordon in the parish of Briggerenell co. Devon, which he had by gift of William Nordon, deceased: and appointment of Alexander Arundell and Nicholas Durant as his attorneys etc. to convey seisin of the above premises. Witnesses: Thomas Graynvile esquire, Thomas Marys, Richard Langdon, Richard Gough, John Paynter. Dated Nordon, 18 November, 17 Henry VII.
