John bishop of Ely, to Robert Morton, keeper of the rolls, Thomas Morton, archdeacon of Ely, Richard, Robert and Thomas Morton, their heirs and assigns. Gift by charter of the above manor and of all lands and tenements in Milborne St. Andrew, Milborne Simondstone and Dewelish co. Dorset, which he recovered by writ de recto against Thomas Husee and Elizabeth his wife: and appointment of Thomas Perham and Edward Wynant as his attorneys etc. to deliver seisin of the same. Dated 31 May, 21 Edward IV.
Thomas brother of John and son of Thomas Husee, gentleman of Shapwyke co. Dorset, to John Morton, bishop of Ely, his heirs and assigns. Release and quitclaim with warranty of the above manor and of twelve messuages, 300 acres of land, 20 acres of meadow, 300 acres of pasture, 20 acres of wood, 20 acres of heath and 20s. of rent and the rent of a pound of pepper. Dated 12 April, 21 Edward IV.
