Sir Thomas Bawde knight, to Sir William Say knight, his heirs and assigns. Indenture witnessing sale for 800l. (of which he acknowledges receipt of 500l.) of Mylkeley manor lying in Stondon, Puckeryche, Braughyng, Moche Monden, Wadesmyll and Thundryche and all his other lands etc. in Hertfordshire; estate to be made to Sir William and one Thomas Knighton to Sir William's use, and premises discharged before All Saints next; evidences to be delivered before Christmas next; Sir Thomas not to alienate any of his lands in Hertfordshire and Essex except the manors of Upwyke (in Albery) and Henkysworth co.
