Peter de Donwico of Westleton, son and heir of John de Donwich of Westleton, to Sir Robert de Swillyngton the uncle knight, his heirs and assigns. Charter with warranty of the manor of Westleton co. Suffolk, and of all his lands, rents and services, fisheries, wards, marriages etc. in Westleton, Snapes, Freston, Sternesfeld, Wantesden, Midelton and Fordlee. Dated Westleton, Tuesday the feast of St. Peter's Chair 2 Richard II.
