To the prior and convent of Spaldyng. Request to admit to their house William Keteryng dwelling with the king of Castille and Leon duke of Lancastre, and to grant him such maintenance for life as John (fn. 1) de Parys had at the late king's request, making him letters patent thereof under their common seal, and writing again by the bearer what they will do; as John de Parys is minded to grant his estate therein to the said William. By p.s. [1602.]

To the sheriffs of London. Writ of supersedeas, by mainprise of John Overton and John Hemesby of Suffolk and William Godeney and Thomas Blount of Norffolk, in favour of John Littlyngton clerk at suit of William Cranewelle clerk averring threats.
Godfrey Cyfrewast, son and heir of Roger Cyfrewast knight (militis), to William de Wykeham bishop of Winchester, his heirs and assigns. Grant and quitclaim with warranty of all lands, rents etc. in Overton and Quydehampton and in the parish and hundred of Overton which were of his said father, of William Cyfrewast his uncle and of John Wodebury of Overton. Dated 1 March 4 Richard II.
