Thomas de Newenham parson of Neubury and Henry de Newenham citizen of London to the king, his heirs and assigns. Charter with warranty of a messuage with two shops and a quay in the parish of St. Benet 'atte Wodewharf' in Baynardescastelle ward London between a tenement of the prior and convent of St. Bartholomew Smethefelde London and a tenement late held by Master William Herlond 'carpenter' and extending from 'Tamestrete' to the river Thames. Witnesses: John Northampton mayor of the city of London, William Walworth, John Philipot knights, John de Helesdoun, William Baret. Dated London, 26 October 7 Richard II.
