To the mayor and sheriffs of London. Order under pain of forfeiture, as they would avoid the king's wrath, to give notice to all within the city who since the parliament of 8 Richard II have had any goods arrested in Prucia, or feel otherwise aggrieved for extortions, damage etc. done by subjects of Prucia, to leave all else and be before the council in the quinzaine of Easter next, or send at least one man of the city with full information and power to act and to consent to what shall be ordered by the council with assent of such as shall appear for recovery of goods arrested and amends of grievances aforesaid. It is the king's intent shortly to send ambassadors to Prucia for the purpose, whose expenses shall be levied of the goods there arrested, so far as they go, of such as shall not appear nor take heed to send a man for them, and of such as shall refuse to contribute. Order also to have there the names of those whose goods are arrested, or who feel aggrieved, and especially of such as are negligent or will not contribute. By C.

Writ of supersedeas omnino in respect of their demand upon the abbot of Quarr in the Isle of Wight and Ralph Wolverton, then arrayers of men at arms etc. in that island, to account henceforward in the exchequer for corn and other victuals and for vessels forfeit to the late king, although on 8 February 45 Edward III the late king ordered the then arrayers, the stewards, keepers and bailiffs of the island to cause proclamation to be made, forbidding any man under pain of forfeiture to take such corn or victuals out of the island by land or water, ordering them to arrest all those found so doing after the proclamation, and such corn and victuals, and the vessels wherein they should be taken, and to answer for the same, committing the guilty persons to prison until further order.
