supersedeas omnino in respect of any process against Robert Asshefeld,
appointed with others by divers letters patent to make inquisition in
Norffolk what evildoers and breakers of the peace slew Edmund de
Clypesby the elder and Walter Cooke at Little Plumstede, and how,
but order to proceed against others who did meddle therein; as those
commissions were not delivered to the said Robert, neither did he
meddle in aught therein contained, as he has made oath in chancery. |
