To the treasurer and the barons of the exchequer. Writ of supersedeas omnino in respect of any process against Robert Asshefeld, appointed with others by divers letters patent to make inquisition in Norffolk what evildoers and breakers of the peace slew Edmund de Clypesby the elder and Walter Cooke at Little Plumstede, and how, but order to proceed against others who did meddle therein; as those commissions were not delivered to the said Robert, neither did he meddle in aught therein contained, as he has made oath in chancery.
John Croupus parson of Little Fraunsham to John Chircheman citizen of London, his heirs and assigns. Quitclaim with warranty of 10 acres of land and wood in Neketon called 'Shortewode,' as enclosed by a ditch. Dated Neketon. Thursday in Easter week 16 Richard II.

Roger Barlee of Wykes co. Essex to Richard Ughtybrigge, John de Hille chaplain and William Derfelde chaplain, their heirs and assigns. Quitclaim with warranty of the manor of Langthwayt and of all the lands, rents and services which he had in Langthwayt, Adwyke, Mar, Tyls, Wheteley, Waddeworth and Doncastre co. York, and long ago by charter gave to the said Richard and the others. Dated 19 February 17 Richard II.

Essex, whereof he is now tenant at will of the grantor, reciting a fine levied in the king's court at Westminster on the morrow of St. Martin 17 Richard II between Robert bishop of London, Aubrey de Veer earl of Oxford, George Filbrigge, Thomas Erpyngham, Walter Clopton of Suffolk knights, Thomas Croser parson of Bockynge, Thomas Coggeshale, Clement Spice, John Corbet, Robert Rikedoun, John Berkamstede chaplain, John Somer, Walter Bacan, John Cumpton, John Gungee and the said John Rotere plaintiffs and the said John son of William deforciant, whereby the deforciant acknowledged John Rotere's right, and rendered the said manor to the plaintiffs and to John Rotere's heirs.
