Writ of supersedeas by mainprise of Robert Sturmy, Richard Tirwhit, Thomas Toue of Cotyngham and William de Redmare of Yorkshire, in favour of Robert de Goushille at suit of John de Ravenser, John de Popilton clerks, Philip Tilney knight and William de Holme, executors of Richard de Ravenser late provost of the collegiate church of St. John Beverley, for render of 40l.

Writ of supersedeas omnino, by mainprise of John Pygot the elder, Thomas Martyn chaplain and John Pygot the younger of Yorkshire, in favour of William Shippenhurst of Heslyngton at suit of Thomas Bulnays of Lincoln and Isabel his wife for an account of the time when he was their bailiff in Heselyngton and receiver of the said Isabel's moneys.

Nicholas son of Arnald Lyons of Weston, parson (persona) of Rollesby, to John Staunford, John parson of Salle (fn. 1), Roger Davy, John Methewold, Ralph Panton of Snetesham, John Herlewyn, Thomas Herlewyn, William Bryce, Agnes his daughter, John son of William Boketon, John vicar of Snetesham, Thomas Conteshale of Lenne, John Harneys, John Mau, John Colby, Roger vicar of Dockynge, John Panton and William de Snetesham, and to the heirs and assigns of Roger the vicar, John Panton and William de Snetesham. Quitclaim of the manor of Weston called Lyons, and all lands, messuages, sites of mills, alder groves, heaths, moors, waters, lordships, rents, services of tenants, villeins, neifs and all that goes with them etc. of William Lyons of Flyccham in Weston, Helmyngham, Ryngelond and Morton, Attylbrygge and Lyng whereof William Lyons made them a feoffment, as fully as ever the same were of the said Arnald, and confirmation of their estate therein, with warranty of the premises. Dated Norwich, Thursday after the Annunciation 15 Richard II.
Memordndum of acknowledgment at Norwich on Thursday before St. Margaret this year before John Cassy and William Gascoigne, by virtue of the king's writ of dedimus potestatem which is on the file for this year.
Memorandum of an undertaking under a pain of 500l., made in chancery at Beverley 4 September this year by William de Sywardby esquire of Yorkshire, that he shall do or procure no hurt or harm to the prior of Brydlyngton or any of the canons his fellows, their tenants, men, servants, or household.
