Westminster.		 To Roger de Mortuo Mari earl of March, the king's lieutenant in Ireland. Order, as at other times ordered, upon his allegiance and under pain of forfeiture upon sight etc. to arrest Thomas de Mortymer knight etc. (as in the last), having there this writ, or signifying the cause wherefore he would not or might not execute the command to him at other times addressed.
