Katherine daughter and heir of Alice sometime the wife of Thomas Glewdy in her widowhood and Richard son of the said Katherine to Margaret sometime the wife of Roger Manyngforde and to John Manyngforde and the said John's heirs. Quitclaim with warranty of all lands, rents, services and reversions in Blaneford Mary co. Dorset. Witnesses: Robert Turberville, John Cary knights, John Frome, John Perle, John Bryt of Maperton. Dated Thursday the feast of St. Luke 21 Richard II.
Memorandum of acknowlegdment at Bruton 17 December before the prior of Bruton, by virtue of a dedimus potestatem which is on the file for this year.

William Thomer of Bruggewater to John Manyngforde and his heirs. Quitclaim of all lands in 'Mochelweston' by King's Cammel sometime of Richard Wyke, which William Hurst vicar of Bruggewater, Thomas Wyldemersche and Robert Northovere chaplains had by gift of the said William Thomer; and because his seal is to many unknown, at his special request the seal of the master and convent of St. John Bruggewater is hereto set. Dated Bruggewater, Friday after St. Thomas the Apostle 19 Richard II.

Leycester, the manor of Allerton, the wapentakes and other appurtenances, the manors of Lecchelade, Bardesley, Musarder and Sodyngton co. Gloucester, the manor of Wokkynge with the hamlet of Hoke co. Surrey, the manors of Swaynescombe and Wykham co. Kent, Bedhampton co. Suthampton and Ryhale co. Rutlonde which were of Hugh le Despenser earl of Winchester his great great grandfather, the manors of Lammershe co. Essex, Bysheye co. Hertford, Leyham and Kerseye co. Suffolk, Northwelde co. Essex, Gretham co. Lincoln and Tallworth co. Surrey and lands in Caldecote co. Huntyngdon which were of Hugh le Despenser his great grandfather, with knights' fees, advowsons etc., and of all manors, lordships, lands, rents, services, reversions, liberties, royalties, royal jurisdictions and possessions of his said ancestors or either of them which Edmund earl of Kent the duke's great grandfather at any time had by grant of King Edward III or the duke now has by inheritance to his own use in demesne, in service or reversion. Witnesses: Roger archbishop of Canterbury, Edmund bishop of Exeter the chancellor, John duke of Exeter, Henry earl of Northumberland, William earl of Wiltesir, John Lovell.
