Philippa who was the wife of Sir Richard Sergeaux, daughter and one of the heirs of Sir Edmund Darundell knight, to Thomas archbishop of York, William bishop of Wyncestre, Richard earl of Arundell and Surrey, Thomas earl marshal and Elizabeth his wife, Thomas earl of Warrewyk, John Charlton lord of Powys, Sir Reynold Grey lord of Ruthyn, Sir Thomas lord Camoys, Sir Payn Tiptot, Sir William Percy, Sir Thomas Fitz Nicholl, Sir Robert Berney knights, William Thirnynge, Robert Pobelewe clerk, John Estephenes, John Cokkynge, Thomas Blast, John Tauke, Thomas Yonge, Thomas Newport, John Boerley, John Whetehales, David Holbach and Thomas Harlynge. Memorandum that on Wednesday 15 November this year about the fourth hour after noon at Dovorre castle in a great chamber by the great hall Thomas archbishop of York the chancellor delivered to the king the great seal sealed up in a leathern bag under the seal of the archbishop, and the king took it in his own hands, and sealed up as it was delivered it straightway to Edmund bishop of Exeter, there taking of him an oath truly to exercise the office of chancellor, in presence of R. bishop of London, J. bishop of Ely, R. bishop of Salisbury, R. bishop of Coventry and Lichefeld, John duke of Aquitaine and Lancastre, Edmund duke of York, Thomas duke of Gloucestre, Henry earl of Derby, Edward earl of Roteland, Richard earl of Arundell, Aubrey earl of Oxford and others; and the said bishop, the chancellor, caused the seal to be brought with him to the town of Dovorre, and there on Thursday following about the eighth hour he caused the bag to be opened, the seal to be drawn forth, and divers letters patent to be sealed in presence of James Billyngforde clerk of the crown of chancery and many others, exercising his office as the manner is.

Order upon sight etc. to cause proclamation to be made, that all who by tenure or otherwise owe and are bound to perform services on the coronation days of the queens of England be present at the coronation of Isabel now queen at Westminster on Sunday the morrow of the Epiphany next, ready to perform the same with meet honour and reverence.
