Two years’ fruits of Brinkton are to be given to the papal camera.

Mandate to compel Master Gilbert de Brueria, archdeacon of Ely, to render an account of the fruits, rents, and profits of the benefices and pensions held by William cardinal of St. Ciriac's, deceased, who made Gilbert his proctor to receive the same. If Gilbert refuses to do this, he is to be cited before the pope.

Provision of the canonry and prebend of Lincoln void by the death of Robert de Baldok; notwithstanding that he has canonries and prebends of Wells, Wherewelle, and Tetenhale, is rector of Stretford, and has had papal provision made to him of a canonry and prebend of London.

9 Kal. Nov. Avignon. (f. 80.)	To John Stwyarde, lord of Bonkyl, and Margaret, daughter of the late Alexander de Abirnethy, knight, of the dioceses of Dunkeld and Dunblane. Dispensation to intermarry, they being related in the fourth degree.

1328. 11 Kal. Nov. Avignon. (f. 88.)	To William called ‘More,’ canon of Moray, who by dispensation of his bishop holds the rectory of Kincardine, which he obtained when under age, and has not since been ordained, but has spent the greater part of the fruits of the said church in replacing its wooden construction by one of stone. Dispensation to retain the fruits received, and on resigning the rectory to accept a benefice or cathedral dignity without cure of souls.
2 Kal. Nov. Avignon. (f. 88.)	Appointment of Adam, doctor of canon law, to the see of Brechin, void by the death of John. He has been consecrated by William, bishop of Sabina.

15 Kal. Jan. Avignon. (f. 266d.)	To the abbot and convent of St. Mary de Lire, in the diocese of Evreux. Confirmation, with exemplification, of the grant made and confirmed to them by pope Celestine and Lucius III. and Innocent III. of the church of Godeshulle, in the diocese of Winchester, Henry, bishop of the same, having at the king's request appropriated it to them; and Walter, archbishop of Canterbury, having sanctioned the same. The letters of pope Celestine are dated at the Lateran, 18 Kal. Jan. an. 5, and contain the grant of the churches of Godeshulle, Freschwatere, and Arreton; as do those of Lucius, dated at Segni, 12 Kal. Aug. and of Innocent, at the Lateran, 14 Kal. Feb. an. 1. The letters of bishop Henry are dated at Esher, 21 June 1315; and those of the prior and convent of Winchester, 5 April 1316. The archbishop of Canterbury's letters are dated Mortlake, 13 Oct. 1323.

Provision, at the request of queen Isabella, whose treasurer he is, of a canonry of Salisbury, with reservation of a prebend; notwithstanding that he is rector of Tretige, in the diocese of Lincoln, and being canon of Hereford has the prebend of Zegne (Eigne), and being canon of St. Martin's le Grand, London, has the prebend of Imbert, value together 50l.
	Concurrent mandate to the bishop of Winchester, John Giffart, canon of York, and Thomas de Asteleye, canon of Hereford. Cancelled, because corrected and registered in the 14th year.
3 Id. Dec. Avignon. (f. 329.)	To Alan de Conesburgh, D.C.L. who has a canonry of Wells, and prebend of Yatton, the rectory of Hikilton and a prebend St Mary's, Stafford, the value of each being 12 marks. Grant to hold a moiety of the parish church of Roderham; on obtaining this he is to resign Hikilton.
12 Kal. Jan. Avignon. (f. 358d.)	To John de Botheby. Provision, at the king's request, whose clerk he is, of a canonry of London, with reservation of a prebend; notwithstanding that he is rector of Holbech, and has the hospital of Gretham, in the dioceses of Lincoln and Durham.
	Concurrent mandate to the bishop of Winchester, the prior of St. Mary's, Southwark, and another named.
6 Kal. Feb. Avignon. (f. 363.)	To Richard de Pilmur. Provision of the canonry of Aberdeen and prebend of Crudan, void by the consecration of James bishop of St. Andrews; notwithstanding that he has a canonry and prebend of Ross, and a canonry of Dunkeld, with expectation of a prebend.
	Concurrent mandate to the bishop of Dunkeld, John Pictoris, treasurer of Dunkeld, and another named.
Kal. Feb. Avignon. (f. 369d.)	To Thomas de Bonyngton, of the diocese of York, who, having been presented to the church of Crich, in the diocese of Bath, about which he began a suit in the Roman court, obtained papal letters assigning to him a poor clerk's benefice in the gift of the bishop of Durham. Grant that the said letters shall be effective. The said presentation is to have no force.
1329. 4 Non. Jan. Avignon. (f. 372d.)	To William de Wy. Provision of a canonry of Exeter, with reservation of a prebend.
	Concurrent mandate to three persons beneficed out of England.
1328. Kal. Oct. And other dates. Avignon. (f. 379d.)	The office of notary public is conferred, at the request of Galhardus, cardinal of St. Lucy's, on one person nominated by the cardinal to the official of Oxford; on John Holemare, of the diocese of Hereford; on Richard atte Grene de Westerham, of the diocese of Norwich.
