Mandate to give to Robert de Walkynton the canonry and prebend of Ulfton in Lichfield, which by authority of the ordinary he obtained on their voidance by the death of William de Leycestria, but which Roger de Moclowe obtained by virtue of papal letters, and has since resigned, notwithstanding that he has the church of Vitoxhatter, in the same diocese, canonries and prebends of York and Shaftesbury, and a canonry of Lincoln, with expectation of a prebend.

Reservation, at the request of the king, of whose secret seal he is the keeper, of the deanery of Lichfield, about to be void by the consecration of Richard, archbishop elect of Armagh, notwithstanding that he has canonries of Lincoln and Southwell, with the prebends of Thorngate in Lincoln and South Muskham in Southwell, and the church of Undele, value together 66 marks.
