To Roger Helan (Holme). Provision of the canonry and prebend of Erchefunte in St. Mary's, Winchester, value 20 marks, void by the consecration of John, bishop of Hereford, notwithstanding that he expects a benefice in the gift of the abbot and convent of Ramsey.

To Hugh de Duglas. Provision of the church of Scrauelin, in the diocese of Glasgow, which he has exchanged with Thomas Todd for a canonry and prebend of Glasgow, Robert de Den, rector of Liston, being their proctor.
Concurrent mandate to John de Edynhame, and John de Bothvil, canons of Aberdeen, and another named.
Ibid. To Thomas Todd. The like in regard to the above-named canonry and prebend of Glasgow.

To the abbot of Middleton, John Thursten, canon of Salisbury, and Henry de Pik, canon of Exeter. Mandate to give to John de Vyse, B.A. and B.C.L. the subdeanery of Salisbury, value 15 marks, void by Robert de Worthe obtaining the church of Bradford, in the diocese of Salisbury, although Randolph de Querendon, who is to be removed, occupies it. The church of Semelegh, about which Vyse is litigating in the Roman court, is to be resigned.

To John Wade. Provision of the church of Ketering, value 40 marks, in the gift of the abbot and convent of Peterborough, void by reason that Alan de Setrington, having obtained it on the death of Philip de Kilkenni, died at the apostolic see, notwithstanding that he has the canonry and prebend of Holyngton [co. Sussex], and the deanery of Hastings, which is to be resigned, and a canonry of London, with expectation of a prebend.

To Master Alexander Steward (Senescalli), licentiate of canon law, papal chaplain. Surrogation, at the request of William, cardinal of St. Mary's in Cosmedin, to Duncan, now bishop of Dunkeld, who, when canon of Aberdeen, had a suit with John de Carick touching the canonry and prebend of Crudam in the same, which was heard before a papal auditor, and which Duncan afterwards resigned; notwithstanding that Alexander has canonries and prebends of Dunkeld and Ross and the archdeaconry of Ross.
Concurrent mandate to the bishops of Moray and Ross, and another named.

To Robert de Den, collector in Scotland. Reservation of the canonry and prebend of Stobow in Glasgow, about to be void by Gilchrist More betaking himself to a military life, not- withstanding that Den has the church of Liston, in the diocese of St. Andrews, and a canonry and prebend of Dunkeld.
Concurrent mandate to the bishops of St. Andrews and Aberdeen, and John Kel, canon of Dunkeld.
