1410. 8 Kal. June. Bologna. (f. 81d.)	To John Rogier, prior of the Benedictine priory of Tyward rayht in the diocese of Exeter. Reservation of a benefice with or without cure, even if a priory or dignity, personatus or office, not being a conventual priory or dignity, wont to be held by monks of the Benedictine monasteries of Marmoutier near Tours or St. Martin's, Troarn, in the diocese of Bayeux, value not exceeding, in parts where the ancient taxation of the tenth has been reduced to half, 300l. petits Tournois, or, if in other parts, 400l. petits Tournois, in the common or several gift of the abbots and convents of the said monasteries. Upon obtaining such benefice he is to be transferred from the Benedictine monastery of SS. Sergius and Bachus near Angers, of which he is a professed monk, to whichever of the above two monasteries such benefice is dependent upon. The reservation is made notwithstanding that he holds his said priory, value not exceeding 400 marks sterling, which depends on the said monastery of SS. Sergius and Bachus, and which, even if it be conventual or be otherwise a dignity or personatus, have cure and be elective, the pope hereby grants that he may hold in commendam for life together with such benefice.
