To the bishop of Alet, the prior of the priory of St. John Baptist, Killcannych, in the diocese of Meath, and Nicholas Maccockayth, canon of Clonfert. Mandate to collate and assign to John Omuleoyn, priest, of the diocese of Tuam (who lately received papal dispensation, as the son of a priest and an unmarried woman, to be promoted to all, even holy orders and hold a benefice even with cure), the rectory of Magcarnan in the said diocese, value not exceeding 8 marks, void by the death of Maurianus Omuleoyn; whether it be so void, or be void because Cornelius Ocynay held it for more than a year without having himself ordained priest and without dispensation. Mandate to collate and assign to Maurice Offloynd, priest, of the diocese of Kilmore, the rectory of the parish churches of Drumyrbealaych and Wacturacht, commonly called the rectory of Kenealuachan, which churches are wont to be governed by one rector only, in the said diocese, value not exceeding 10 marks, void by the death of Luke Orodachan; whether it be so void, or be void by the resignation of Gelasius Ymolmochory, priest, of the same diocese. Mandate to collate and assign to Thady Ohoreachtayg, clerk, of the diocese of Elphin, who lately received papal dispensation, as the son of a priest etc. as above, f. 219, the perpetual vicarage of Tuaymtabayr in the diocese of Achonry, value not exceeding 4 marks, void because Donald Makeallayg held it for more than a year etc. as above, ibid. Mandate to collate and assign to Thomas Ocearballan, clerk, of the diocese of Derry (who lately received papal dispensation, as the son of an unmarried man and a married woman, to be promoted etc. as above, f. 219), the rectory of Dompnachmor in the said diocese, value not exceeding 8 marks, void by the death of Nellanus Macmolamphaid; whether it became void as above, or because the late Odo Odoreid, sometime rector of the said church, obtained, when holding the rectory, the vicarage of the same church by authority of the ordinary. Mandate to collate and assign to Maurice Offloynd, rector of Kynealluachan in the diocese of Kilmore, priest, the rectory of Cuylofflaynd de Inismoyrmaghangody in the said diocese, without cure and value not exceeding 4 marks sterling, so long void that there is no certain knowledge of the mode of voidance; notwithstanding that provision has lately been made to him by papal authority of the said rectory of Kynealluachan, value not exceeding 10 marks of silver, possession of which he has not got.
