Miscellaneous, 1656

1656? 1,995. Philemon Pownoll to the Commissioners of the Navy. My ship, the Wildman, has proved very tight, but my men have been on short allowance for six months. Signed, Philemon Pownoll. 1 p. Undated. [Col. Papers, Vol. LXIV., No. 30.]
