Feb. 15. 2,170. Deposition of Richard Smithsend. As to the capture of a ship of the Hudson's Bay Company in July 1685, by a French ship, which alleged that it had the French King's commission; and as to the destruction of the British factories in Hudson's Bay by the French in February 1686.
