Rough draft of announcement to the French ambassador that orders are being prepared for the giving back of that part of St. Christopher's which the French held before the Declaration of War. As to the restitution of vessels unjustly seized, the two in question have been set at liberty. The King hopes that the six vessels detained so long at Dunquerque will be similarly treated.
