183. Petition of Alexander Harris, deputy saltpetre-man for London, to the Commissioners for Saltpetre. Prays that his deputation may be for 21 years; and whereas his factors of Barbadoes and Virginia advise that saltpetre may be raised in those places inhabited by the English, prays the Lords to make him their sole deputy in those colonies.
