[April ?] 86. Petition of Henly Phillips, [Nicholas] Polhill, and partners, to the King. After many years suit, both here and in Holland, concerning the wrongs done by the Dutch to petitioners, his Majesty was pleased to grant them letters of reprisal for recovery of their losses; since which time they have taken a ship belonging to the West India Company of Holland, but repairing to the Admiralty Court to proceed in a legal way, are there denied the common course of justice.
