April 10. Order by the same to the same for payment to Bartholomew Fillingham of 120l. to be issued by him according to such warrant as he shall receive from the said Commissioners for payment of the allowance to them by two Acts of Parliament at the rate of one penny in the pound for all moneys issued by them by virtue of the said Acts. With Fillingham's receipt for the same dated 20 May, 1663. [Ibid. No. 25.]
April 16. Assignment by John Creede, after reciting that by order of the Earl of Sandwich to him as deputy treasurer of the fleet he 10 April last (? 1662) imprested to Edward Bridgewood 3,000 milreis and took the obligation of himself and John Parkes for the due payment thereof as he should receive directions, of the said sum to the Navy Commissioners, which being duly satisfied he discharges the said Parkes and the heirs and executors of the said Bridgewood from all claims concerning the same.
