Order by the Commissioners for disbanding the Army after reciting that Col. Bovet acknowledged the receipt of the said sums which the Commissioners cannot satisfy because the said regiment was not on the muster of 7 May, 1660, that the said Havyland forbear demanding the said sums of the said colonel and that the Treasurer to whom the said assessments are payable, likewise forbear demanding the said sums from the said Havyland till the Parliament's pleasure shall be known therein, the late Council of State having suspended the same. 12 March, 1660–1. [1663, Feb.] Request, his Majesty having at several times granted to some persons divers persons convicted of felonies and other crimes to be transported into the plantations, for a grant to — and none others of the transportation of such as the judges shall think fit to be transported, with a further request, if a bill for the exportation of felons and vagabonds now brought into the House of Commons (Feb. 20, 1662–3. See Commons' Journals, Vol. VIII, p. 438) shall pass, for a grant to the said persons of a power to transport them according to the intent of the said Act. [S.P. Dom., Car. II. 440, No. 79.]
