March 1. 62. Grant by John Lord Conyers of an annuity of 10l. on his lordship and manor of Kirkby Ashfield, co. Notts, to Andrew Vavasor, of the Middle Temple, during his life; fines, 6l. 13s. 4d. in case of non-payment, and right of destraint upon the lands; Sir John Thynne, for a great sum paid him by Vavasor, having surrendered to Lord Conyers an annuity of 10 marks, with arrears amounting to 36l. 13s. 4d., and Vavasor having likewise surrendered an annuity of 40s.
