1. Particular of His Majesty's lands in Otford and Shoreham, co. Kent, in occupation of David Powllhill.
2. Accounts of the Deputy Keepers of Yoxhall, and other wards in Needwood-Forest, for sums received for the sale of wood, and for fines on encroachments.
3. Account of sums disbursed in the repair of the King's House at Colly-Weston, co. Northampton.
4. Estimate of the average profits of courts and rents of copyholds of the manors of Mere, co. Wilts, and Shepton Mallet, and Curry-Mallet, co. Somerset.

6. Note of an offer for purchase of a grant in fee-farm of the lordship of Daventry, part of the lands of the Duchy of Lancaster.

28. Note of fees and other provisions of the officers [of the Charter house] with the recent increase thereon.
29. Oath administered to the undersearchers of the Port of London.
30. Considerations offered by the refiners of London to the [Council ?] why they should not be removed from the refining houses which they have built at great expense, and be required to erect others at the Tower.
31. Proposals for furnishing the Strand and Westminster with water, as already done in London, to be conveyed into the house of every man who will take it, at a certain rental.
32. Preamble of King James's patent for the new churchyard of St. Martin's in the Fields.
33. Statement of a fraudulent attempt of the citizens of London, to deprive their ministers of their legal tithe of 1s. 4½d. for every 10s. rent, by holding their houses at a low nominal rental, and paying the remainder of the value in the shape of a yearly fine; with request of the ministers for redress.
34. Complaint of the Vice-Chancellor [of Cambridge] and Heads of Colleges, against John Sherwood, late Mayor, for infringement of the Charter of the University, by setting free Edw. Almond, John Ball, Jonas Scott, and Thos. Oliver, burgesses imprisoned for attempting to draw away to other courts causes belonging to the University.
35. Form of the oath taken by students of Magdalen Hall to their tutor, as administered to John Harewell. Latin.
36. Interpretation of the statutes of Corpus Christi College, as prescribed by the Chancellor of the University, with objections of the College against it, and their own interpretation of the statutes in reference to election of fellows.
37. Note relative to the number of votes in Queen's College, Oxford.
38. Certificate addressed to the Officers of the Board of Green Cloth, that the inhabitants of Sunning Hill, co. Berks, have been unequally assessed and overburdened for service in the King's removals, &c.
39. Statement of inconveniences resulting from the appraisements of the estates of deceased persons being no longer made on oath, since the abolition of Papal authority, by which officers of appraisement were formerly created. Suggestion that as all Papal power in England is now devolved on the King, he may lawfully re-erect the office.
40. Notes on the validity of the covenants of princes, proving from the civil law that "fœdera sunt bonæ fidei," not "stricti juris." Latin.
41. Reasons why mayors of corporations and bailiffs of liberties to whom escheats are granted by their charters of incorporation, should account yearly to the King for the same.
42. Form of the oath to be administered to a Privy Councillor.
43. Notes on the several powers vested in Justices of the Peace, and Justices of Assize, on the great inquest at the assize, the mode of selecting juries, &c.

45. Memorandum that the ancient practice of the Exchequer, relative to innovating tallies casually lost, is now turned to granting constats, and that of granting commissions of aid to sheriffs and accountants to levy debts, is changed into writs of "sistas in auxilium."
