[? July 7.] The memorial of the Excise Commissioners of this date, read and entered, concerning their agreement with Edward Skrimshere, of Grendon, co. Hereford, for the farm of the Excise of co. Sussex for 2¾ years from Michaelmas next at 3,800l. per an., payable quarterly and with a quarter's advance. Ordered: approved of. [Ibid. XIII. p. 200.]
The like for the agreement with Francis Wetherhead, of Berkhampstead St. Peter, co. Herts, for the like farm of the Excise of co. Yorks at 16,000l. per an., payable as above. Ordered: ut supra. [Ibid. p. 201.]
