Privy seal for the ordinary of 3l. a day to Edmond Poley, employed in the King's service in Germany: to be payable quarterly from Jan. 1 inst.: together with the usual clause for the allowance of extraordinaries. The present privy seal is to determine the previous privy seal of 1681, Nov. 30, for 40s. a day to him as ordinary. King's Warrant Book IX, p. 195.
