Aug. 20. Treasury warrant to Sergt. Ryley to arrest William Phippard, Capt. of the William and Elizabeth, who did in Sept., 1687, near the port of Falmouth, re-land 18,000lbs. of tobacco which had been shipped off by debenture, he having drawn back 300l. on said debentures.
