The Amendments in the Bill of Clothing, with the Proviso, twice read, and committed to the former Committees, to be presently dipatched.

Cavendish's Relief.

Privilege.

John Pasmore, the Knight Marshal's Man, being called to the Bar, for arresting John Jessop, Sir Henry Nevill's Man, a Waterman.

He knew not, he was Sir H. Nevill's Man, but was told of it after the Arrest; notwithstanding, he took an Assumpsit of him, to answer it.

Thought fit, he should be committed to the Serjeant, till the House's Pleasure be further known; discharge the Assumpsit, and pay the Fees.
