Privilege in Suit at Law.

Mr. Brook -

A Question, whether a Trial may be stayed by Privilege. Moved, Whether, if one of this House sue another, to be restrained.

Mr. Martin's, Case : Outlawed for 51. at the Suit of one Palmer in Wood-street. - Seek the Date of Utlary. Allen, the Attorney, to be presently sent for, who threatened Mr. Martin should go to Trial.

Privileges.

Committee Privileges, for Sir Edm. Ludlowe, to sit upon Saturday in the Afternoon, Temple.

Nicholas Allen, an Attorney, to be sent for, and Palmer, at whose Suit Mr. Martin was utlawed; and to be brought to the Bar.

Mr. Bullingham to have Privilege, upon an Attachment ad respondendum de contemptu, ad sectum Roberti Lathorp.

This Court adjourned until Friday, at Eight a Clock in the Morning.
