Mr. Staughton moveth, that the Bill for Highways in Sussex, Surrey, and Kent, might have Expedition, being ordered to be ingrossed. But Mr. Speaker in-

forming the House, that the Bill was a private Bill (being for Three Shires) and the Fees not paid, the House thought fit, that ordinary Duties should be performed, or no Proceeding.
