1. Reading: - THE Bill for the true Making of Woollen Cloths.

Sir Rob. Oxenbridge reporteth, that the Committees think it fit, the Bill of Kerseys may be inserted in the great Bill of Clothing.

The Lords Articles read at large.

The Committee to meet Tomorrow in the Afternoon, for the Articles.

In the midst of the Reading of this Bill, a Message from the Lords by Mr. D. Carye and Stanhope. - The Lords concurring in Zeal: - The Lords desire a Conference with the same Committee, for Matter against Recusants, in the Painted Chamber.

Committee for Grievances, this Afternoon; and that of the Purveyors.

The Lord Clynton, Sir H. Nevill, Sir Fr. Hastings, Sir Geo. Moore, Sir Dan. Dun, sent in Message to the Lords : That where Mr. Speaker delivered his gracious Desire, that there might be some Committee appointed to attend such Lords, as he should appoint, to instruct them in his Occasions of Want and Expence, as also to hear such Grievances as should be propounded, &c.

Ditto.

Sir Francis Hastings reporteth the Answer of the Lords upon the Message :

They joyed much in our Readiness and Forwardness, and would be ready to meet.

The same Committee on Friday, for Matters of Purveyors, and other things incident of the King's Charge, Supply, &c.
