Clifton's Estate.

SIR John Savill moveth, that in the Bill for Confirmation of Assurances made of Lands, upon the Marriage of George Clifton Esquire, &c. there may be Notice given to Mr. Karvill (whom in Interest it specially concerneth) by Letter from Mr. Speaker. Which was yielded unto, and performed accordingly [a].

Chesthunt Rectory, &c.

B. For the Assuring of the Advowson of the Rectory of Chesthunt to Robert Earl of Salisburie, and his Heirs, &c. sent up to the Lords by Sir Edward Hobby.

Divorces.

B. To prevent causeless Divorces and Separations between Man and Wife, and to continue the Rights of lawful Matrimony, secondly read, and disputed; and, upon a double Question (1. for committing; 2. for ingrossing) rejected.
