Church Supremacy.

L. 1a. B. FOR Reformation of One Branch of a Statute made in the first Year of the late Queen Eliz. for restoring to the Crown the ancient Jurisdiction over the State spiritual and ecclesiastical, and abolishing all foreign Power repugnant to the same [b].

E. of Darby's Estate.

B. For the Establishment and Assurance of divers of the Possessions and Hereditaments of Ferdinando late Earl of Darby, reported from the Committee by Sir Geo. Moore, with Amendments ; which being twice read, the Bill, upon Question, ordered to be ingrossed.

Cavendish's Estate.

B. For the Relief of Mary Cavendish, Widow, late Wife of William Cavendish, of Norfolk, Esquire, deceased, reported from the Committee by Sir Robert Wingfield; saying, that the whole Labour of the Committee was to give the Gentlewoman Relief; and in that they considered, whether the Lord Chancellor might more fitly relieve her, or that it might better be done by a short Bill here; and that at length it was agreed amongst them, that a new Bill should be drawn, and brought into the House Tomorrow : Wherewith the House was content.

Union with Scotland.

Sir Edw. Stanhope and Sir Rich. Swale bring down from the Lords, the Bill, formerly passed this House, intituled, An Act for the Abolition of all Memory of Hostility, &c. with Provisions and Amendments annexed unto it by their Lordships.
