Impositions.

SIR Edw. S. - from the Committee touching Impositions. -

Project of a Petition to his Majesty. -

Q. Whether upon Matter of Right, or Surcharge, -

Agreed, that the Records should be brought in. -

10 from Mr. Tate, - Exchequer.

20 from Mr. Whytlock, - Tower.

Examination of it till Wednesday; - Resolved, peremptorily to dispute it in Committee.

Ordered, That the Clerk deliver the Records in the Tower.

Mr. Lieutenant and Sir Rob. Johnson to do it.

Sub-committee, on Monday peremptorily, to make further Account of their Labours.

Port Books.

A Motion for Port Books. - These appointed to search: Mr. James, Mr. Hakewill, Mr. Prowse, Mr. Bagge, Mr. Rob. Middleton, Mr. Whytson, Sir Jo. Dodridge, Sir Jo. Savill, Sir Roger Owen, Mr. Gore.

Impositions.

Sir Herb. Crofts: - That we had not been idle in those things that might concern Support; as the Seven Heads. -

That we had considered of all things for Preparation. -

That now it rested upon their Lordships, to let us know the Price, -
