King appoints to be attended.

Mr. Speaker declareth his Majesty's Pleasure, that both Houses attend him, at Nine of the Clock, at Christe's Church Hall.

Leave of Absence.

Mr. Attorney of the Wards hath Licence to go his Circuit.

Members admitted,

Sir Edw. Dearing, Sir Jo. Trevor, senior, Sir Jo. Trevor, junior. Sir H. Spilman, Mr. Milles, Mr. Jermyn, Sir Ro. Crane, Sir Wm. Spring, Sir Arnold Herberte, have Liberty to come into the House.

Clergy.

Sir Edw. Coke reported the Bill for the Quiet of ecclesiastical Persons, and the Preservation of the Right of Patrons, with Amendments; which twice read. - Engrossetur.

Habeas Corpus.

Sir Edw. Coke reported also the Bill of Habeas Corpus, with Amendments; which twice read. - Engrossetur.

House to return.

Resolved, To return again this Forenoon, after the House hath attended his Majesty.

Buying Offices, &c.

The Committee for the Bill against Procuring of judicial Places for Money, and against Giving or Receiving of Bribes, to meet upon Friday, Two Clock, in the Physick Schools.

House attend the King.

About Nine of the Clock, Mr. Speaker, with the House, attended the King accordingly; and there staying about Two Hours, they returned, according to the former Order.

Leave of Absence.

Mr. Littleton, a Justice of Assise in Wales, spared for his Circuit.

King's Speech.

Sir Edw. Coke : - That we have heard his Majesty, Lord Conway, and Sir Jo. Coke. - To have Capita delivered of these Things.

Business to be considered.

Resolved, To-morrow Morning, at Seven of the Clock, to enter into Consideration of the great Business now propounded.

Members to attend.

Resolved, That all the Members of the House shall attend, and not depart, without Licence obtained from the House, upon Pain of the Censure thereof.
