A Petition from the Western Merchants, and another from the London Merchants, trading Frauncej, read ; concerning the Continuance of the Embargo of their Goods and Factors, and of Fear of further present Dangers there. Upon Question, a Committee, to consider of these Petitions; and to present to the House such Remedy as they conceive fittest for Relief of these Merchants. -
