Member restored.

A LETTER from Mr. More to Mr. Speaker, and a Petition to the House, read : And Mr. Chancellor Exchequer delivereth a Message, that his Majesty is graciously pleased to remit his further Punishment, if this House so please.

Upon Question, Mr. More remitted from further Imprisonment, and restored to his Place in the House.

General Fast.

Upon Question, the Report for the general Fast, to be made upon Friday, next.

King's Message - Letter to Cambridge.

The House to be presently resolved into a grand Committee, to take Consideration of the Message, delivered Yesterday in the Afternoon from his Majesty, concerning the Letter, to be written, and sent to Cambridge.

L. 2a. An Act for Abbreviation of Michaelmas Term : - Committed to Sir Tho. Fanshaw, Mr. Sherfeild, all the Lawyers of the House, Sir Wm. Strode, Sir Geor. More, Dr. Turnor, Sir H. Poole, Sir Tho. Grantham, Mr. Attorney Wards, Sir H. Whyteheade: And all, that will come, to have Voice: - Friday next, in the Afternoon, in the Court of Wards.

This read, and allowed ; and ordered to be sent to his Majesty by Mr. Chancellor Exchequer, Chancellor Duchy, Sir James Fullerton, and Sir Geor. Goring.
