Hayman, Sir Sackvyle Crew, Mr. Kirton, Mr. Whistler, Mr. Littleton, Knights and Burgesses of Somersett, Sir Ro. Cotton, Mr. Selden, Sir Tho. Hobby, Knights and Burgesses of Wales and Hereford: - Friday Afternoon, Court of Wards; And the Parties to have Notice.

Sir Jo. Strangwayes avoweth publickly the Words, wherewith, being required by the House, he Yesterday charged the Earl of Suffolke; and that he spake them positively; and that he is ready to make good the same, in any Course this House shall be pleased to direct, as is fit for a Member of this House, or a Gentleman of Honour.
Sir Wm. Owen: - That Sir Chr. Nevyll Yesterday told him, that he heard the Earl of Suffolke speak the same Words, which Sir Jo. Strangwayes charged upon him.
The former Committee hath Power to consider, what Course fit for this House to take, for the Justification of Sir Jo. Strangwayes; and what fitting further to be done in this Business,
