Message to the King, &c.

UPON Question, Mr. Speaker to leave the Chair; and the House, being resolved into a Committee, to take into Consideration that, which delivered to the King by Mr. Speaker, and the Answer to it, by the Lord Keeper; and what Course fittest to be taken therein: And also to take into Consideration all former Messages; and that they shall not be bounded in this by any former Order.

Members not to go out, &c.

The Key to be brought up; and none to go out, with-out Leave of the Committee; and the Entry to be kept clear. Mr. Herberte to have the Chair.

Courts of Justice.

The grand Committee for Courts of Justice, not to sit this Afternoon.

Martial Law.

The Matter about the Commission for martial Law, to be reported To-morrow Morning.

Leave of Absence.

Mr. Lowther Licence to go into the Country, paying his Collection before he go.
