Remonstrance.

The Draught of the Remonstrance read. Upon Question, the Bishops of Winchester and Bath and Welles to be named, -

Judgment against Manwaring.

Serjeant Crew and Mr. Attorney bring from the Lords a Message; That they are now ready to give Judgment against Dr. Manwaring, if the House of Commons please to demand it.

Answer returned by the same Messengers; That we will come up, and demand Judgment against him.

Ordered, No Man to go out, till the Speaker go first out. -

Duke of Buckingham.

Upon Question, the Duke of Buckingham to be named in the Place, concerning the standing Commission. This re-committed to a Committee of the whole House: - To meet at Three Clock this Afternoon: And Mr. Speaker to be here at Five Clock.

Committees deferred.

The other Committees, for the Goldsmiths, and Tonage and Poundage, and Continuance of Statutes, deferred till Monday, Two Clock in the Afternoon.

Remonstrance.

Mr. Whitby reporteth from the grand Committee for the Remonstrance.

Upon Question, the Intention of the last Order, made for Re-commitment of the Draught of the Remonstrance, was, that it should be to the former grand Committee; and they to have the Power granted to them 3o Junii.

The Addition read.

Upon Question, this new Clause read, and allowed.

The whole allowed, and ordered to be ingrossed, only with a Blank left for the Sum of 12,400 l. To be brought in upon Monday Morning.

Shipping.

A Catalogue brought in, of the Ships. That respited, and re-committed to the former Committee, presently.

Alderman Molson, and Clitherow, added to the Committee.

Mr. Wansford reporteth Mountagew his Carriage about the Bonfires, and Ringing, at Windsor.
