Levant Merchants.

THE Petition for the Merchants, trading the Levant Seas, referred to the Committee appointed for Examination of Mr. Rolles Business.

Persons not to kneel.

Upon Question, the Customers at their first coming in not to kneel.

Leave of Absence.

Mr. Vivion hath Leave to go down into the Country ; and to return again to the Service of the House, within Twenty Days.

Answer to the King.

The ingrossed Answer to his Majesty's Messages, read, and allowed.

Access to the King.

The Privy Council, now in the House, sent to know his Majesty's Pleasure, for Access, to present the same unto him.

Members sent for.

Upon Question, the Serjeant to go presently with his Mace, to call to the House the Committee, sitting about the Examination of Aleyne's Business; and all the Members of the House in the Hall, and at the Bars.

Warrant for Witnesses.

Upon Question, a Warrant, for certain Witnesses, whose Names delivered in a Paper by Mr. Felton, to attend the Committee for Grievances upon Wednesday next.

Bills from Lords.

Mr. Serjeant Davenport and Sir Ch. Caesar bring from the Lords Four Bills : 1. An Act for the better Preserving his Majesty's Revenue : 2. An Act for Increase of Trade : 3. An Act for the better Explanation and Enlarging of a former Act, made 1o Jac. intituled, An Act for new Execution to be sued against any, which shall hereafter be delivered out of Execution by Privilege of Parliament, and for Discharge of them, out of whose Custody such Persons shall be delivered : 4. An Act for the Naturalizing of the Right honourable the Lady Charlote, Wife to the Right honourable James Lord Strange, Son and Heir apparent to Wm. Earl of Darby.

King appoints to be attended.

Mr. Secretary reporteth his Majesty's Answer; That he will give Audience upon Monday, Two Clock in the Afternoon in the Gallery ; The Number to be Twelve.

Mr. Treasurer, Mr. Secretary Cooke, Mr. Chancellor Duchy, Mr. Francis Cottington, Sir Ben. Rudyard, Lord Carew, Sir M. Fleetewood, Sir Francis Seymor, Sir O. Luke, Lord Matravers, Lord Rotchford, Lord Rich: This Committee to deliver the Answer ; And that delivered to Mr. Secretary Cooke, and he to report.
